Bio
Angela Mae Vivaldi's journey in stage management began at a young age when she unexpectedly discovered her passion for sound design. She earned her B.F.A. from Virginia Commonwealth University and has honed her skills at several esteemed institutions and companies. Angela's remarkable versatility and unwavering dedication to her craft are evident from her extensive list of credits, which span across a diverse range of genres and productions. From guest assistant directing high school productions to managing complex soundscapes for professional theatre, Angela has left her mark on each project she's been a part of. Her passion and expertise are apparent whether she works with renowned companies like Shakespeare Theatre Company or contributes to educational initiatives such as she has with SPARC.
Angela's involvement in a diverse array of productions is a testament to her adaptability and artistic flair. She has worked on everything from classic plays to contemporary musicals and dance showcases, demonstrating her multifaceted talent as a theatre artist. Her contributions underscore her dedication to the performing arts.
While at her alma mater, VCUarts Theatre, she performed roles in various productions; Angela has showcased her technical proficiency and served as a peer mentor and board member for Shafer Alliance Laboratory Theatre (VCU's Student Theatre Organization).
With her wealth of experience and passion for her craft, Angela Mae Vivaldi continues to drive the world of theatre forward whenever possible.
In addition to her impressive credentials as a theatre artist, Angela Mae Vivaldi is also passionate about education and accessibility in the performing arts. By creating inclusive and engaging productions, she tries to foster a sense of belonging and creativity within the community.

Angela believes that the performing arts have a transformative power and a unique ability to inspire, heal, and unite individuals and communities. Through their work in the arts and education, they hope to break down barriers and make the arts more accessible to everyone, regardless of their circumstances.

Education
She has her B.F.A. in Theatre with a concentration in Stage Management and a minor in Sound Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Current Project
Angela's current projects are Romeo & Juliet, directed by Alec Wild, and The Rover, directed by Eleanor Holdridge, at Shakespeare Theatre Company's Academy of Classical Acting at George Washington University. They are excited to be working on these productions and encourages everyone to see the show!
